You may only create one character per account. Attempts to create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage may result in a ban.
You agree to use Rhythm of the Streets only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
All in-game currency (money, credits), items, stats, and progress are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items at any time as part of game balancing or seasonal resets.
Donations and premium credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Purchasing premium items does not guarantee any specific gameplay outcome.
At the end of each game season, character progress (levels, stats, money, items) may be fully or partially reset. Season trophies and achievements earned will be permanently preserved on your account. By playing, you acknowledge and accept this seasonal reset mechanic.
We want Rhythm of the Streets to be a fun and fair environment for everyone. Our moderation team may take action — including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans — for violations of these Terms or our community standards.
Bans are issued at our discretion. While we aim to be fair, we are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for moderation decisions.

By submitting content to the game (e.g., player names, chat messages, song titles), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content for the purposes of operating the game.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not endorse any user-generated content and are not liable for it.
All game content, including graphics, music, code, game mechanics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Rhythm of the Streets and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of virtual items or progress due to technical issues or resets.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
